A number of benefit choices are available, including orthodontia coverage, and costs vary accordingly. The company also offers access to convenient LiveHealth Online board-certified doctor visits as well as a voluntary wellness incentive program and a pre-tax Health Savings Account (HSA).
Short-term and Long-term Disability Insurance
Associates are automatically enrolled when eligible at no cost to them. Other valuable company-paid benefits include Life and AD&D Insurance, and confidential 24/7 access to our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for associates and their families.
Vacation, Sick Days and Holidays
Associates are eligible for paid vacation days based on years of service and depending on the type of position. In addition, associates receive the holidays provided for by law in the United States and Canada.
401(k) Plan with Company Match
The company encourages eligible associates to save an amount of their pay on a pre-tax and/or a post-tax basis to prepare them for retirement.
Associates may purchase Supplemental Life Insurance for themselves and their family members, as well as Accident Insurance and Critical Care coverage that offer additional discounts based on years of service and premium payments made by payroll deduction.
